The Vitamins and Minerals Chart and RDA The chart below lists important vitamins and minerals, includes the main benefits of each supplement, and lists possible adverse reactions. Where possible, the Recommended Daily Allowance, or RDA is also included. (Bear in mind that the RDA is the minimum daily requirement of vitamins and minerals. Most supplements come in larger doses.)
